Packetstream is a very well known provider for offering cheap proxies which work. They offer over 7MM+ IPs. You can generate both static and rotating proxies from Packetstream. You can generate proxies from anywhere around the world using the country ISO code which you want to get IPs from, or you can also use one of our custom pools.
These proxies are pretty slow, so they aren't recommended for FCFS sites, but perform very decently on raffles and queue systems like Queue-IT. It's normal for a lot of packetstream IPs to timeout or take a long time to ping. Don't expect fast IPs or good performance on hard anti-bot sites.
